A beautiful rose cut opal doublet which I manufacture here in my own studio.
The stone pictured is 12mm
These are high dome doublets with natural quartz tops and synthetic opal backings. I use a fine grade museum grade epoxy that will not yellow or delaminate. It is safe in steam, and alcohol based cleaners and is considered a permanent bond.
