This is a natural solid turquoise cabochon. It has a deep teal color with no hint of green. I have tested it for dyes and resins and none are evident, suggesting this is a 100% natural stone. Exact origin is unknown, but is likely the American Southwest, possibly the Sleeping Beauty mine.
